Ingredients for Camarones Recipe

  • 450 gram shrimp without shells and cleaned
  • 5 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 No.s onion cut into slices
  • 5 No.s cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • 2 No.s Limes
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground paprika optional
  • As required salt and pepper

step 1

  • STEP 1. clean and de seed your shrimp and season it with with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika.

step 2

  • STEP 1. add sone butter and olive oil to a pan and heat over medium-low flame until butter begins to melt.

step 3

  • STEP 1.add minced garlic and onion and saute together for about 5 minutes so that the onions turn translucent.

step 4

  • STEP 1. add seasoned shrimp and cook it for 5-8 minutes.

step 5

  • STEP 1. top the cooked shrimp with lime juice and parsley.
