How to Make Callaloo Recipe

STEP 01

1 - soak your callaloo in hot soft water to clean it thoroughly.

STEP 02

2 - rinse callaloo with some fresh water.

STEP 03

3 - chop the callaloo, onions, garlic, carrots, red bell pepper, capsicum, scallion and put everything in a pan.

STEP 04

4 - add spices, lemon juice and coconut oil to it.

STEP 05

5 - give it a nice stir.cover and cook the vegetables and let them cook them in steam.
