  • 1 recipe of Sushi Rice
  • 2 sheets of roasted seaweed , cut into halves
  • 1 can crab meat, seasoned with lemon juice and salt
  • 1 stick avocado, cut into 1/2
  • 1 stick cucumber, cut into 1/2
  • As required sesame seeds

step 1

  • STEP 1.Put a plastic wrap on a bamboo rolling mat

step 2

  • STEP 2.Place half sheet on the roasted seaweed

step 3

  • STEP 3.Spread ¼ th of the sushi rice on the seaweed and add sesame seeds

step 4

  • STEP 4.Turn seaweed over rice down the plastic

step 5

  • STEP 5.Put some avocado,cucumber, crab horizontally so that they come in the middle

step 6

  • STEP 6.Roll tighten and make 8 pieces
