These calcium balls/laddoos are made with ragi flour and coconut powder. There’s no doubt about the nutrition of these laddoos and they are extremely delectable too. Ingredients for Calcium Balls Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Jaggery
  • 3 tablespoon Ghee
  • 20-25 Nos cashews
  • As required Some raisins
  • 1 cup ragi flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut powder
  • pinch A cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup Milk

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Grind jaggery and shred your coconut to make a fine powder out of it.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Pour some ghee into a pan and heat it, add cashews and raisins to the pan and roast them well. Once done, take them out and roast ragi flour in the same pan.
  • STEP 2.To this, add ground jaggery, coconut powder, cardamom powder fried cashews & raisins and mix it well.
  • STEP 3.Fry for a few seconds and then add milk into it. Turn off the flame and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Now make balls of the mixture and coat it with desiccated coconut powder.
