- 1/2 cup Jaggery
- 3 tablespoon Ghee
- 20-25 Nos cashews
- As required Some raisins
- 1 cup ragi flour
- 1/2 cup coconut powder
- pinch A cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup Milk

How to Make Calcium Balls Recipe
Steps To Prepare
STEP 01
Grind jaggery and shred your coconut to make a fine powder out of it.
Cooking Directions
STEP 01
Pour some ghee into a pan and heat it, add cashews and raisins to the pan and roast them well. Once done, take them out and roast ragi flour in the same pan.
STEP 02
To this, add ground jaggery, coconut powder, cardamom powder fried cashews & raisins and mix it well.
STEP 03
Fry for a few seconds and then add milk into it. Turn off the flame and let it rest for 10 minutes.
STEP 04
Now make balls of the mixture and coat it with desiccated coconut powder.
