Ingredients for Cadibela Recipe

  • 1 cup Jasmine Rice
  • 1.50 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 cup pig blood
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 1.50 cup Onion
  • 2 piece chicken leg quarter
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 3 tablespoon wing sauce
  • 1 bunch Cilantro

step 1

  • STEP 1.Cook rice beforehand.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Now once done add blood and vinegar and turn off heat. Mix and keep aside.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Stir fry some onions and garlic in butter. Add chicken, when brown pour wine and hot sauce.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Cover and simmer for 30 minute and cook.

step 5

  • STEP 2.When chicken is done add blood and cook. Add salt to taste and more hot sauce. The chicken is ready.
