  • 2 cup Corn
  • 1 No.s egg
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 4 tablespoon corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 250 gram fresh mozzarella

Directions: Cachapa Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. add milk, corn, egg, sugar, corn flour and a little salt to a blender.

step 2

  • STEP 1.blend it well in order to prepare a thick paste.

step 3

  • STEP 1. let this mixture stand for about 10 minutes.

  • STEP 1. heat a pan on medium flame and grease it with some butter.

step 5

  • STEP 1. pour 1/3rd cup of batter to the pan in such a way that it forms a circle.

step 6

  • STEP 1. cook it for 5 minutes and flip to the other side.

step 7

  • STEP 1.cook for another 3 minutes

step 8

  • STEP 1. spread mozzarella on half of the cachapas and fold it.
