How to Make Cachapa Recipe

step 1

add milk, corn, egg, sugar, corn flour and a little salt to a blender.

blend it well in order to prepare a thick paste.

let this mixture stand for about 10 minutes.

heat a pan on medium flame and grease it with some butter.

pour 1/3rd cup of batter to the pan in such a way that it forms a circle.

cook it for 5 minutes and flip to the other side.

cook for another 3 minutes
