STEP 2.Now mix the masala well and add chaat masala, then cover and cook for 2-3 minutes, then turn on the gas and drain the stuffing water. Mash the potatoes and add the flour. Knead it and make a dough and fill the stuffing. Let the stuffing cool down first and then stuff it in the dough.
STEP 3.Now put it on the griddle and roast it on both the sides. If it becomes light red then take it out. Cabbage paratha is ready. Serve it with sweet or green chutney. It is very tasty.
