  • 166.67 gram Cabbage
  • 0.67 g reen chilly
  • 0.33 teaspoon red chilly powder
  • 0.33 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • as required Salt
  • as required Oil
  • 66.67 gram Potato

  • STEP 1.Cabbage has to be cut and potatoes have to be boiled, then oil has to be put in a pan, then chili and garlic have to be chopped and put it, after 10 seconds, cabbage has to be put in it, after taking bhuj for 2 minutes, put the masala. Turmeric powder Chilli powder Coriander powder Salt Everyone has to give mix

  • STEP 2.Now mix the masala well and add chaat masala, then cover and cook for 2-3 minutes, then turn on the gas and drain the stuffing water. Mash the potatoes and add the flour. Knead it and make a dough and fill the stuffing. Let the stuffing cool down first and then stuff it in the dough.

  • STEP 3.Now put it on the griddle and roast it on both the sides. If it becomes light red then take it out. Cabbage paratha is ready. Serve it with sweet or green chutney. It is very tasty.
