Ingredients for cabbage sabzi Recipe

  • 0.33 g Cabbage
  • 0.67 tsp Oil
  • 0.33 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 0.17 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.33 tsp Salt
  • 0.33 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.17 tsp Maggie masala
  • 0.17 cup Green peas

Directions: Cabbage Sabzi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat 1-2 tsp oil in a kadai
  • STEP 2.Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste stir and saute it till their raw aroma goes away.
  • STEP 3.Now add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and a little bit maggie masala mix it well.
  • STEP 4.Now add green peas and saute it well.
  • STEP 5.Add chopped patta gobhi If you want then you can blanch the cabbage in hot water for 5 minutes and then add.
  • STEP 6.Stir very well and cover the pan. Keep on checking after some minutes and cook till the veggies are softened.
  • STEP 7.Serve the cabbage and peas with roti fulka parantha whatever you want.
