Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix shredded cabbage, all-purpose flour, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and pepper to make a batter.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a deep pan and drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil. Fry until golden and crispy.
  • STEP 3.In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté ginger and garlic. Add chopped onions, bell peppers, and green chilies. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, and water to the pan. Mix well and bring the sauce to a boil.
