How to Make Cabbage Carrot Pudina Thepla Recipe

Finely shred 1 cup of cabbage and one cup on onions using a shredder.

Take 2 cups of whole wheat flour, ¼ cup mint leaves and 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 green chilli chopped and salt to taste and combine well.

Once everything is combined well and you have a nice dough, grease fingers and palms and divide dough into small portions and roll into lemon size balls. Dust a flat surface and dust the ball of dough.using a rolling pin, roll out the ball into a thin 5 inch circular shape. If thepla dough gets sticky dust with dough while rolling. Dust off the excess before cooking the thepla.

Heat a pan on high heat and place the thepla on the pan. Flip and drizzle oil on each side of the thepla. Cook on high for a few seconds on both sides till golden spots appear.
