Ingredients for Cabbage and Carrot Paratha.. Recipe
1/4 cup Grated carrot
1/2 cups Finely chopped cabbage
1/4 inch Ginger
1.25 g 5-6 g
handful Of chopped coriander
to taste Salt
1/2 tsp ajwain
0.38 tsp jeera powder
As Required Red chilli powder as per taste
1/4 tsp Chaat masala
0.63 cup Wheat flour
as required water
As Required Oil or ghee

Grate the carrots and keep aside.
Chop the cabbage finely. I have used a chopper to chop..
In a chopper add ginger, green chillies and coriander and chop it finely.
In a big bowl take grated carrot, finely chopped cabbage, coriander chilli mixture, salt to taste, red chilli powder, chaat masala, jeera powder, ajwain and mix everything well.
Add wheat flour and mix well.
Add little water and make a tight dough.
Grease it with oil and keep for 5 mins.
Take a small ball of dough and roll into little thick roti and cook on frying pan on medium flame by applying some ghee on both sides.
Serve hot with curd, chutney, tomato ketchup or a cup of tea.
