  • As required salt + pepper
  • 0.67-1 ounce gorgonzola plus more for topping
  • 1.33 ounce burrata cheese may sub fresh mozzarella
  • 0.17 egg beaten
  • 0.08 cup milk I used 2 percent
  • 0.17 tablespoon Butter
  • 0.08 onion chopped
  • 0.33 cloves garlic minced or grated
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 0.17 bunch sage dived
  • 1/25 teaspoon cayenne pepper or to your liking
  • 1/50 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/25 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/25 teaspoon pepper
  • 0.08 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1.33 pepperoni rounds optional
