- 0.13 cup pineapple cubes
- 1 tablespoon Any Kind of Berries
- 1 tablespoon Pomegranate Carnels
- 1 Pieces Fresh cherries
- 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon Honey

How to Make Buttermilk French Toast Stuffed With Fresh Fruit Salad Recipe
First prepare the salad.Make a mixture with honey, lemon juice, salt, mint powder, chilli flakes and chat masala.Add 1-2 teaspoon of water if honey is very thick.
Set aside to release flavour.
Cut all the fruits in small cubes.
Take a big mixing bowl, add in chopped fruits, fresh mint leaves and the honey-lemon mixture.
Mix everything very well. Cover and keep in the refrigerator.
Now make the French toast.Beat eggs and then add in all-purpose flour, buttermilk, brown sugar, baking powder, vanilla and salt.
Mix well to make a lump free mixture.
Cut bread pieces in roundals with a cookie cutter.(You can use the bread pieces as they are. I want to give a fancy style to them.)
Dip the bread roundals in egg mixture for few seconds.
Heat a non-stick pan with 1 tablespoon of butter.
Fry the french toasts on both sides in medium low heat until light golden brown.
Remove from heat.Buttermilk french toast is ready now.
For assembling, take a white serving dish.
Place 1 round french toast piece at the centre.
Spread some thick hung curd on the top.
Next spoon some prepared fruit salad to make a layer of fruit.
Cover with another french toast roundals.Also spread hung curd as before followed by some more fruit salad.
Take one french toast roundals.Take out small roundals with a small mould to make a doughnut shape french toast.
Place it on the top of the fruit salad.
Scoop out some fruits to make small balls, dip them into the juice of fruit salad and place on the french toast stack.
Dust some icing sugar and garnish with mint leaves.
Serve this stylish and healthy breakfast to your guests.
