  • 0.13 cup all purpose flour or try subbing your favorite gluten free blend
  • 3/4 tablespoon Land O' Lakes European Style Super Premium Salted Butter
  • 0.06 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.13 cup water + plus more if needed
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Land O' Lakes European Style Super Premium Salted Butter divided
  • 1 cup mixed mushrooms I used cremini, shiitake and button
  • 1/4 bunch small kale chopped
  • 1/2 cloves garlic minced or grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon tablespoon fresh thyme or 1 dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon tablespoon fresh sage or 1 dried
  • 0.06 teaspoon salt and pepper plus more to taste
  • 0.19 cup apple cider may sub chicken or veggie broth if needed
  • 2 ounce goat cheese softened
  • 1/4 arils from pomegranate
  • As required honey fried sage and thyme, for serving
  • 1 fried eggs optional
