Ingredients for Butter Nan Recipe

  • 2 cups Maida / all purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • As Required Salt - as per ur taste
  • 1 Tbsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 cup thick curd
  • 1.50 tablespoon 3-4 spoons of oil / 2tablespoon
  • as required Water as required for making dough

Directions: Butter Nan Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take 3 cups of all purpose flour
  • STEP 2.Add 1 tsp of sugar
  • STEP 3.Add 1 tsp of baking powder
  • STEP 4.Add 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • STEP 5.Add salt as per taste
  • STEP 6.Add 3 tsp of curd
  • STEP 7.Add 2 tsp oil
  • STEP 8.Finally add warm water
  • STEP 9.Make a soft dough
  • STEP 10.Cover with a cloth. Let it rest for 2 hrs
  • STEP 11.After 2 hrs. Make a small ball sprinkle all purpose flour
  • STEP 12.Slightly roll it. Add till and coriander leaves
  • STEP 13.Now press and roll it
  • STEP 14.Heat the tawa add butter and cook one side of Naan and once again add butter on the top of it and cook the other side
  • STEP 15.Very soft butter Naan is ready. Serve with any gravy. I have served with paneer Butter masala
