How to Make Butter Naan Recipe
STEP 01
Firstly,in a large mixing bowl take all-purpose flour,add sugar,add oil,mix it well.add salt,add kasuri methi,add baking soda,add curd,add water, and start to knead dough.knead and punch the dough well for at least 5 minutes.Further,grease the dough with oil,cover with moist cloth and rest for at least 2 hours.further,roll and get to a long shape.pinch the dough into medium sized balls.and then make balls between your palms.finally,roll the dough evenly into oval shape using rolling pin.
STEP 02
Gently roll to oval shape using rolling pin. make sure you do not make too thin nor thick. and also keep the size in mind. it should not be larger than your tawa size.
STEP 03
grease with water over naan.furthermore, slowly flip over and put it on hot tawa and slightly press.
STEP 04
Now after a minute, flip the tawa upside down and cook naan directly on flame till they turn golden brown.
STEP 05
also brush with some butter/ghee
STEP 06
gently scrape the naan from bottom and remove.
STEP 07
finally, serve naan hot with your curry.
