Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken pieces with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat butter in a pan and add cumin seeds, cardamom pods, and cinnamon stick. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until they are browned and cooked through.
  • STEP 4.In a blender, blend together fresh coriander leaves, green chilies, and a little water to make a smooth paste.
  • STEP 5.Add the coriander paste to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
