  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger, Grated
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kasuri Methi
  • 1/4 cup Cream
  • as per your need Fresh Cilantro, For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil and butter in a pan, then add the marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  • STEP 3.In another pan, heat butter and add onions, ginger, and garlic. Cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add tomato puree, garam masala, and kasuri methi to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Blend the mixture until smooth, then return it to the pan.
  • STEP 6.Add the cooked chicken and cream to the sauce, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with naan bread or rice.

Cooking Tips

  • For a healthier version, you can use Greek yogurt instead of regular yogurt.
  • If you prefer a spicier dish, add more chili powder or a chopped green chili to the marinade.
