  • 1/5 kg Chicken
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1/10 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1/10 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1/10 kg Onion
  • 1/10 kg Tomato
  • 2 g Cashew
  • 0.60 tsp Chilli powder
  • 0.40 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.15 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.15 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 0.60 Pieces Clove
  • 0.80 Pieces cardamom)
  • 1/10 tsp Cumin
  • 1/20 tsp Fenugreek
  • 1/20 cup Cream
  • 1/10 cup Oil

Directions: Butter Chicken #ChickenRecipe #FEM5K

  • STEP 1.Dry roast cumin and fenugreek and powder it
  • STEP 2.Puree the tomatoes
  • STEP 3.Cook chicken, adding ginger, garlic paste and turmeric powder
  • STEP 4.Melt butter, saute onion and cashew till soft
  • STEP 5.Allow it to cool and grind to a smooth paste
  • STEP 6.In the remaining butter, add the whole spices, saute on low heat, then add all the powders - except the dry roasted one
  • STEP 7.Then add the ground onion paste and tomato puree
  • STEP 8.After 5 minutes, add the chicken
  • STEP 9.When the gravy thickens, put the dry roasted powder
  • STEP 10.Cookagain for few sec
