Ingredients for Burrah Kabab Recipe

  • 0.13 kilogram mutton
  • 1/4 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 3/4 tablespoon hung curd
  • 1/4 tablespoon raw papaya paste
  • 1/4 tablespoon kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red chilli
  • 0.06 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon dry fenugreek leaves
  • 0.06 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 0.13 No.s Lemon
  • 1/2-3/4 tablespoon mustard oil

Directions: Burrah Kabab Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a bowl take ginger garlic paste, papaya paste, hung curd, spices, lemon juice and mustard oil

step 2

  • STEP 1.Mix everything well

step 3

  • STEP 1.To this prepared marinate add the mutton pieces and nicely coat it with spices.

  • STEP 1.Wrap the bowl with a piece of cling film and keep it in the refrigerator overnight.

  • STEP 1.Heat some coal.

step 6

  • STEP 1.Put the marinated mutton pieces in the skewers.

step 7

  • STEP 1.Place the grill on top of hot coals.

step 8

  • STEP 1.Place the skewers on top of the grill and cook it for a while and your burrah kabab is ready to be served.
