  • As required handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cunch cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 Cloves
  • 3 green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1.50 teaspoon red chili powder
  • As required hamdful of dried onion
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 cup cooking wine

  • STEP 1.Cut the cilantro

  • STEP 2.Crush and diced garlic and cut green chilies into half

step 3

  • STEP 3.Add cherry tomatoes into a frying pan

step 4

  • STEP 4.Heat the pan and add enough water so that the tomatoes get covered properly

step 5

  • STEP 5.And make tomatoes soft and then mash up the tomatoes

step 6

  • STEP 6.Then add cooking wine about 1 tbsp and garlic and add dried onions

step 7

  • STEP 7.Also, add red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt and stir it properly and add green chilies almost the water is gone

  • STEP 8.Top it with cilantro

  • STEP 9.And the dish is ready to be served
