How to Make Burmese Pork On Stick Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

Take the organs and meat wash them thoroughly and dice them into medium size chunks. Now in a bowl add the meats and organs followed by 1 tsp salt, and wash the organs again.

Now take a big bowl and add enough vinegar to cover the organs and wash them with the vinegar as well. Then again wash it with water.

Now add 1tbsp sweet dark soy sauce, 1-2tbsp light soy sauce, 1tsp oyster sauce, 1 ½ tbsp five-spice powder, 1 tsp ginger powder (or 1tsp fresh ginger paste), and mix them well with the meat and organs.

Add boiled egg, some ginger and garlic slices on top.

To prepare the dipping chop some chilies, garlic, and cilantro. Add them to a bowl and add chili sauce to mix it well.

STEP 01

Now take a kadai add 1tbsp brown sugar and mix them until it starts melting then add the meat and organ mixture. Add some water and 1 tbsp oil.

STEP 01

Cover the lid and let it cook. After an hour add salt to taste( after checking) and let it cook for more than 10 minutes.
