Ingredients for Burger buns Recipe

  • 50 gm All purpose flour
  • 1/5 tsp Yeast
  • 0.40 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 gm Milk powder
  • 1/5 tsp Salt
  • 30 g Ml milk
  • 6 gm Butter

Directions: Burger Buns Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a small bowl .
  • STEP 2.Add lukewarm 2tbsp milk add yeast n sugar leave for 10 mins for yeast to bloom.
  • STEP 3.Take a bowl add flour, salt,yeast mixture , milk powder,butter n mix well .
  • STEP 4.Add lukewarm milk slowly slowly knead dough well for 7_10 mins till the dough becomes soft n smooth. Cover it in greese bowl Leave it for 60 mins to prove After first proving punch the dough n release the gas Knead again for 2_3 mins. Divide the dough into equal portions. Make round shape . Greese the balls n cover it leave again for 45. _60ins. Till double in size. Put these balls in preheated oven n bake at 180degree for 25_30mins. Enjoy..
