Ingredients for Burger Recipe

  • 2 g Burger buns
  • 1 Pieces Boiled potato
  • 1/4 cup Boiled soya chunks
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • As Required As needed oil
  • 1/2 tsp Chat masala powder
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • A Few Finely chopped
  • As Required As per taste Salt
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp Green chutney
  • 1/2 tbsp Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tbsp Cornflour

Directions: Burger Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mash boiled potato and add bread crumbs.
  • STEP 2.Add grounded soya chunks, cornflour, chili powder, garam masala powder, chat masala powder, and salt, and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Make tikkis from this mixture and cook on a pan using 1-2 tsp oil.
  • STEP 4.Heat butter in a nonstick pan and add coriander leaves and 1/2 tsp garam masala powder.
  • STEP 5.Cut burger buns from the middle and toss in the spicy butter.
  • STEP 6.Spread green chutney on one side of the bun.
  • STEP 7.Put tikki on it and then sliced tomato and onion, pour mayonnaise and tomato ketchup.
  • STEP 8.Keep another piece of the bun on it and enjoy a delicious tawa burger at home.
