Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean and wash the lamb liver thoroughly. Cut it into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Marinate the liver with turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick, and bay leaf. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  • STEP 5.Add the marinated liver and cook on medium heat until it is cooked through and tender.
  • STEP 6.Add garam masala, coriander powder, and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
