Ingredients for Bun No Nam Bo Recipe

  • 500 gram Beef
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced lemongrass
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning powder
  • 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 kilogram fresh or 500g dried rice vermicelli
  • As required pickled daikon and carrots
  • As required fried shallot
  • As required crushed peanuts
  • As required Fresh vegetables of your choice: coriander, mint, perilla leaves, lettuce, bean sprouts, chopped cucumber, etc

Directions: Bun No Nam Bo Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix the meat, oyster sauce, minced garlic, minced lemongrass, salt, pepper, broth, and one tbsp oil. Combine well and let marinate for a minimum of quarter-hour.

  • STEP 2.Cook the rice pasta as tutored within the package.

  • STEP 3.In a heated pan, add two tbsp oil and therefore the remainder of the minced garlic and sauté until sweet-smelling. Then add the marinated beef and stir-fry on high heat till the meat is not any longer pink.

  • STEP 4.To assemble the dish, place some recent greens within the bowl, then one or two of rice pasta. Prime with the stir-fried beef, preserved radish plant, and carrots (do chua), deep-fried shallot, and crushed peanuts.

  • STEP 5.Pour some lightweight dipping fish sauce over the noodle (like dish dressings). Stir well and serve.
