  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix minced meat, lentils, onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, and spices.
  • STEP 2.Shape the mixture into small patties and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil on a griddle and cook the patties until browned and cooked through.
  • STEP 4.Toast the buns on the griddle until lightly crispy.
  • STEP 5.Spread chutney on the buns and place a patty on each bun.
  • STEP 6.Top with sliced onions, tomatoes, and lettuce.
