  • 1.33 cup Water
  • 0.33 cup Sugar
  • 0.33 Pack Agar Agar Powder
  • 0.33 can Coconut Milk
  • 0.33 can Condensed Milk
  • 0.33 cup Young Coconut Strips

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a saucepan, combine the pandan leaves, water, and sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes to extract the pandan flavor.
  • STEP 2.Remove the pandan leaves and add the agar-agar powder to the pandan-infused water. Stir until the agar-agar powder is completely dissolved.
  • STEP 3.Add the coconut milk and condensed milk to the saucepan and stir well. Bring the mixture to a boil, then remove from heat.
  • STEP 4.Pour the mixture into a rectangular mold and let it cool to room temperature. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  • STEP 5.Once the gelatin is set, cut it into cubes and combine with the young coconut strips in a serving bowl.
  • STEP 6.Serve chilled and enjoy!

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to use fresh pandan leaves for the best flavor.
  • If fresh pandan leaves are not available, you can use pandan extract instead.
