Ingredients for Bukhari Raita Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Curd
  • 0.33 tsp garlic chopped
  • 0.33 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • As required black salt and sugar as per your taste
  • 0.33 tsp Vegetable Oil

Directions: Bukhari Raita Recipe

  • STEP 1.whisk the curd well so that no lumps are there.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic stir a while.
  • STEP 3.Add red chilli flakes and remove.
  • STEP 4.Spread it and mix the curd along with salt and sugar.
  • STEP 5.Serve with biryani.
  • STEP 6.Your biryani will become more sumptuous.
