  • 62.50 gram tofu, sliced to 1/2 inch thickness
  • 50 gram mushrooms sliced thin
  • 0.13 cup Kimchi
  • 1/4 pack instant ramen noodles
  • 1/2 onions thinly sliced
  • 1/2 bell peppers thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cabbage thinly shredded
  • 1/2 bell peppers thinly sliced
  • 25 gram baby spinach or any greens of your choice
  • 25 gram canned beans
  • 1/2 slices of cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon the sauce ...mix these in a bowl .. korean chili flakes
  • 1/4 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 0.13 tablespoon Sugar
  • 0.13 tablespoon Gochujang
  • As required some ground black pepper
