Ingredients for Buckwheat Halwa Recipe

  • 1.50 cup Buckwheat flour
  • 3 tablespoon Jaggery
  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Pistachios
  • 1 cup Ghee
  • 1/2 cup Sugar

Directions: Buckwheat Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take half a cup of ghee in a pan and let it melt. Add half a cup of buckwheat flour and cook properly.
  • STEP 2.Add 1.5 cups of hot water in the pan stir, add some crushed sugar to taste and cook at medium flame until it forms a dough like consistency.
  • STEP 3.Add some pieces of jaggery and mix well until jaggery dissolves properly.
  • STEP 4.Cook at medium flame. Add some chopped almonds and pistachios.
  • STEP 5.Switch the flame off.
  • STEP 6.Kuttu ka halwa is ready.
