STEP 1.Take half a cup of ghee in a pan and let it melt. Add half a cup of buckwheat flour and cook properly.
STEP 2.Add 1.5 cups of hot water in the pan stir, add some crushed sugar to taste and cook at medium flame until it forms a dough like consistency.
STEP 3.Add some pieces of jaggery and mix well until jaggery dissolves properly.
STEP 4.Cook at medium flame. Add some chopped almonds and pistachios.
STEP 5.Switch the flame off.
STEP 6.Kuttu ka halwa is ready.
