  • 3 tablespoon Oat flour no need to buy some oat flour, you only need oats. see notes! you can also use regular flour
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 0.12 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Melted coconut oil i used refined coconut oil to avoid the coconut taste
  • 3 tablespoon Milk non dairy to keep vegan
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Chocolate chips dairy free to keep vegan
