  • 0.13 cup Grated Coconut
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak the brown chana overnight and pressure cook until tender.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and dried red chilies.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add grated coconut, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add the cooked chana and jackfruit seeds. Cook for a few minutes until the flavors blend.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
