  • 1/2 Nos broccoli
  • 570 milliliter Water
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Nos garlic cloves
  • 6 Nos shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon shaoxing wine
  • 6 Nos scallops
  • 1/2 tablespoon corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 0.24 teaspoon White Pepper
  • As required Salt

Directions: Broccoli With Mushrooms And Scallops Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak mushrooms in water until soft

  • STEP 2.Prepare a corn flour and water mixture
  • STEP 3.boil broccoli for about 2 mins in hot water and then transfer it into a bowl of iced water. Add oil in a pan and heat it.
  • STEP 4.Add garlic and saute it . Now add soaked mushrooms along with it. Soaked water and bring it to a boil.
  • STEP 5.Then add oyster sauce and wine and cook it at low flame for about 3-5 mins. Add scallops and maximize the heat until gravy starts boiling again.
  • STEP 6.After it boils reduce the flame and cook it at low flame for 2 mins. Now add salt , white pepper as per taste followed by corn flour mixture and cook until gravy thickens.
  • STEP 7.Finally take a plate and arrange broccoli on the circumference of plate with mushrooms. Scallops and gravy in the middle.
