Ingredients for Broccoli Paneer Mayo Sandwich Recipe
1 teaspoon Oil
4 Garlic chopped cloves
1 cup Broccoli finely chopped
As required Salt
100 gram Paneer crumbled
3 tablespoon Veg mayo
1 tablespoon Red chilli sauce
2 Bread slices
As required Butter for toasting
Directions: Broccoli Paneer Mayo Sandwich Recipe
STEP 1. in a preheated pan add 1 tsp oil, 4 cloves chopped garlic. Saute on medium heat till garlic is soft and the aroma comes through.
STEP 1. then add 1 cup finely chopped broccoli and salt to taste. Stir and cover the pan/ allow the broccoli to steam cook for 2 to 3 minutes until it lightly softens. Turn off the what and allow it to cool.
STEP 1.once broccoli has cooled, add 100 gm crumbled paneer, 3 tsp veg mayo to add to the creaminess and 1 tsp red chili sauce (optional). Mix to combine all the ingredients well.
STEP 1. place a slice of bread on the tawa and spread the broccoli mixture on the bread. Cover with a second slice of bread to make the sandwich.
STEP 1.spread little butter on the outer surface of the sandwich. Turn it over and spread butter on the other side of the sandwich as well. This will help the sandwich to toast crisp on the hot tawa.
STEP 1. grill on medium heat till crisp and golden on both sides. This will take a few minutes.
STEP 1. cut the sandwich into two triangles and serve with fruit for breakfast or as an after school snack.
