Ingredients for Broccoli Garlic Cheese Squares Recipe

  • 0.08 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup Broccoli florets chopped
  • 0.08 cup Cheese grated
  • 0.67 Pieces fat garlic grated
  • 0.17 teaspoon chilly FLAKES
  • 10 grams Curd
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 0.08 cup Milk
  • 0.08 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.03 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.08 teaspoon Salt

Directions: Broccoli Garlic Cheese Squares Recipe

  • STEP 1.Preheat oven @180° C for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Grease a pan with oil and line with parchment paper ( lining parchment is optional)
  • STEP 3.In a mixing bowl add the curd, oil, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Add the sieved flour, broccoli, cheese, chilly flakes and garlic. Fold them to combine.
  • STEP 5.Add milk and fold the mixture to make a thick mixture.
  • STEP 6.Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Tap the pan for couple of time to release any air incorporated inside.
  • STEP 7.Sprinkle some chilly flakes which is totally optional.
  • STEP 8.Bake at a preheated oven @180° C for 25-30 minutes.
  • STEP 9.Remove from oven and et it stand for 5-10 minutes.
  • STEP 10.Cut into squares. Serve with sauces or dips of your choice.
