Ingredients for Broccoli Fried Rice Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 160 gram Broccoli finely chopped
  • 200 gram Cooked Rice
  • 1/2 No.s Red pepper finely diced
  • 4 Garlics finely chopped clove
  • 5 gram Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
  • 1/2 As required Salt tsp
  • As required Sesame oil

Directions: Broccoli Fried Rice Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. heat a pan or wok on high heat and add 1 tsp oil, add 5 gm chopped ginger and 4 cloves chopped garlic and stir fry for 10 seconds.

step 2

  • STEP 1. then add ½ a red pepper finely diced, 160 gm broccoli finely chopped and stir fry to 20 seconds.

step 3

  • STEP 1. add 200 gm cooked rice. Mix well to break up any lumps of rice and combine with the vegetables. Stir fry for 1 minute.

step 4

  • STEP 1.add ½ tsp salt or as per taste.

step 5

  • STEP 1.add 1 tsp light soy sauce and stir fry for 2 minutes.

step 6

  • STEP 1. add a splash of sesame oil, according to preference and stir together.

step 7

  • STEP 1.serve hot.
