STEP 1. heat a pan or wok on high heat and add 1 tsp oil, add 5 gm chopped ginger and 4 cloves chopped garlic and stir fry for 10 seconds.

STEP 1. then add ½ a red pepper finely diced, 160 gm broccoli finely chopped and stir fry to 20 seconds.

STEP 1. add 200 gm cooked rice. Mix well to break up any lumps of rice and combine with the vegetables. Stir fry for 1 minute.

STEP 1.add ½ tsp salt or as per taste.

STEP 1.add 1 tsp light soy sauce and stir fry for 2 minutes.

STEP 1. add a splash of sesame oil, according to preference and stir together.
