  • 1/4 cup Broccoli Florets

  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 3/4 cup Water

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pressure cooker, heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add chicken pieces and cook until they turn white.
  • STEP 4.Add rice, lentils, and spices. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add water and close the pressure cooker. Cook for 3-4 whistles.
  • STEP 6.Once the pressure is released, open the cooker and add broccoli florets.
  • STEP 7.Cover and cook for another 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
  • STEP 8.Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
