Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add gram flour and cook for a few minutes until it turns golden brown.
  • STEP 6.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
  • STEP 7.Add broccoli florets and mix well. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the florets are tender.
  • STEP 8.Add water, salt, and garam masala. Mix well and let it simmer for a few minutes.
