How to Make Broa Recipe
step 1
STEP 01
Take a bowl, add 300 gm of water to it. To this water add 300 gm of corn flour. Mix well and bring it to room temperature.
STEP 02
Now add 100 gm bread flour and 100 gm mature sourdough with 8 gm of salt. Mix it all and put this mixture on the kitchen shelf to knead.
STEP 03
Knead properly and patiently until it becomes a perfect round ball.
STEP 04
Sprinkle some water and rice flour to this dough.
STEP 05
Leave the dough on the shelf for overnight covered with a cloth.
STEP 06
Take the dough ready to put in the microwave.
STEP 07
Pre-heat the oven to 260 degree celcius.
STEP 08
Put the bread in the oven for 20 minutes. Turn down the oven to 230 degree celcius.
STEP 09
Keep baking until the bread is 99 degree celcius.
STEP 10
Take out and cool it down. Bread is ready to be served.
