  • 1/4 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds

  • 1/4 Onion, Chopped

  • STEP 4.Add the mashed brinjals, tamarind pulp, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 5.Cook for a few minutes until the flavors blend well.
