Soak tamarind in water
Add sesame oil in a pot & heat it.
Add coriander seeds
Now add 10 kashmiri red chilli and cook for a min.
Now add 1 tbsp oil in a pot,separately & heat it.
And add 1 tbsp toor dal,2 tbsp gram dal,¼ tbsp fenugreek & cumin seeds.
Now grind the roasted ingredients as a fine powder
Add 3 tsp sesame oil in a pot and heat it. Then add shallots, brinjal and saute for 5 mins. Grind the fried veggies to make a paste. Add 6 tsp oil in a pot and heat it.
Then add mustard , urad dal and gram dal. Now add some curry leaves and asafoetida powder. Add 2 red chili and tarmarind water. Cook for 3 mins.
Now add the grinded brinjal paste. Add 5 tsp grinded powder and saute for a min. Add 1 cup of water cook until oil separates.
