Ingredients for Brinjal Fritters (beguni) Recipe

  • 1/4 nos Brinjal pc
  • 1/4 gram Flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 0-1/4 nos Baking soda pinch
  • As required salt and sugar as needed
  • 0.06 tsp turmeric powder
  • As required Oil as needed

Directions: Brinjal Fritters (beguni) Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut thin slices of brinjal and rub with salt.
  • STEP 2.Now make a semi thick slurry out of gram flour,rice flour adding salt, sugar, turmeric powder mix well adding water.
  • STEP 3.Keep it covered for 10 mnts. Now add baking soda.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a wok dip the brinjal slices in the slurry and fry in a medium heat.
