Ingredients for Brinjal bhurta Recipe

  • 1/5 g large brinjal
  • 1/5 Pieces Chopped onion
  • 1/10 g Spoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/5 Pieces Chopped tomato
  • 1/10 tbsp Haldi powder
  • 1/10 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • As Required As per taste Salt
  • 0.40 Tbsp Spoons oil

Directions: Brinjal Bhurta Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash the brinjal properly & apply oil to it & put it on the gas burner to roast & turn the brinjal & roast it from all sides till it is soft from all sides.
  • STEP 2.Now remove it from the burner & cool for 5 minutes & then remove its skin & open the brinjal with the help of a knife because it will be very hot from the inside.
  • STEP 3.Now chopped onions & tomatoes & take ginger garlic paste.
  • STEP 4.Now put oil in a pan & add onions & ginger garlic paste in it & sauté it
  • STEP 5.Add salt to onions so it cooks fast.
  • STEP 6.Now when onions are cooked add tomatoes to it & sauté it till tomato are soft
  • STEP 7.Then add spices to it & sauté till oil gets separated from it.
  • STEP 8.Now add brinjal in it & mix it properly in it & cook for 5 minutes & then your yummy bharta is ready to serve with jawar roti.
