  • As required Ingredients to prepare Bringal Fry
  • 3/4 tbsp Groundnut oil. -
  • 1/2 tbsp Mustard. - Half
  • 3/4 tbsp Urad daal. - Half
  • 2 nos Smashed onion - nos
  • 2.50 nos Smashed Garlic. - nos
  • 1.50 kg Bringal - Half
  • 2 tbsp Chilli powder -
  • 2 nos Turmeric powder - little
  • 2.25 tbsp Jeera powder - Half
  • 2.50 tbsp Salt. - Half
  • 2.75 cup . Coriander leaves. - half

Directions: Bringal Masala Fry 😋 Recipe

  • STEP 1.Place the pan , add oil, Mustard,urad daal then add smashed onions and garlic, add Bringal, add chill powder, turmeric powder, Jeera powder with salt and mix well and add corriander leaves and mix well and leave it for 10 minutes in low flame and then remove the lid and mix well once the cooking is done it is ready to serve..
