Ingredients for Bread upma Recipe

  • 3 Pieces Bread slices
  • 1/4 cup Chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup Chopped tomato
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped Green chillies
  • as required Curry leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • As Required For Ganishing Chopped coriander for garnishing

Directions: Bread Upma Recipe

  • STEP 1.Fristly heat oil into a pan/work, crackle mustard seeds and curry leaves. Futher add chopped onion and cook until golden pink. Now add chopped tomatoes and spices cook until tomato mashy, oil becomes separate. Now add roughly chopped bread and mix it well. Turn off the gas and add garnishing with chopped coriander. Ready bread upma serve hot and enjoy!
