  • 1/2 Small Onion Chopped
  • 1/2 Small tomato chopped

  • 1 teaspoon Oil use oil of choice ,i used avocado oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 0.13 teaspoon Hing also known as asafoetida
  • 3.50-4 Curry leaves
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon Red chili powder or adjust to taste
  • 0.13 teaspoon Pav bhaji masala
