#bread Delicious and popular Bread Roll savoury snacks..prepared from..spicy potato stuffing roll in bread slice and half bake in Airfryer and half fried in oil . As we know bread absorb lots of oil while frying..this is my innovation by half baking in Airfryer and half fry in hot oil..will also retain the taste of fried snack.

Ingredients for Bread Roll (Airfryer) Recipe

  • 2 pieces white slice bread
  • 1.67 g Cloves garlic minced
  • 1.83 tbsp Green chilli ginger paste
  • 0.08 cup finely chopped green corainder leaves
  • 0.33 tsp Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt to taste
  • as required Oil for frying
  • as required Oil for frying

Directions: Bread Roll (airfryer) Recipe

  • STEP 1.For stuffing..Peel potatoes and mashed them in mixing container. Add minced garlic,green chilli ginger paste chopped green corainder leaves , salt, lemon juice . Mix well. Divide and into 6 equal size balls and give shape of long roll.
  • STEP 2.Cut the edges of bread slices. Slightly dip one bread slice in water and squeezed out water.
  • STEP 3.On it place prepared potato roll. Cover and give ablong shape with both hands.
  • STEP 4.Similarly prepare all.
  • STEP 5.Brush each prepared bread rolls with little oil.
  • STEP 6.Half Bake all prepared bread rolls in Airfryer for 8-10 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Then deep fry half baked bread rolls in hot oil on medium flame till crispy golden.
  • STEP 8.Serve Relish Delicious Hot Bread Rolls with green corainder chutney.
