Ingredients for Bread Roll Recipe

  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 0.33 Pieces 1 onion ( finly chopped)
  • 0.33 tsp ▢1 tsp ginger g
  • 1 tbsp matar
  • 1 tbsp Sweet corn
  • 1 Pieces Potatoes boiled & mashed
  • 0.33 As Required turmeric powder
  • A Pinch Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 0.33 To Taste teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 0.33 As Required as per taste salt
  • 1 Tbsp 3 tbsp panner  (g
  • 0.67 tbsp Coriander seeds (coarsely grounded)
  • 2 Pieces piece bread
  • As Required Oil for deep frying

Directions: Bread Roll Recipe

  • STEP 1.firstly, in a large kadai heat 3 tsp oil and saute 1 onion till light pink.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger garlic paste and chilli. saute well.
  • STEP 3.Now add peas and sweet corn. saute and cook until they are soft
  • STEP 4.Now, add boiled and mashed potatoes
  • STEP 5.Further add turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala, aamchur and salt.
  • STEP 6.Mix well and add panner
  • STEP 7.Let thethe stuffing cool completely.
  • STEP 8.Now, take bread slices and cut the sides.
  • STEP 9.Dip the bread slice into the water just for a second and squeeze off the excess water.
  • STEP 10.Squeeze the bread slice completely.
  • STEP 11.Fill in the prepared stuffing in bread
  • STEP 12.further, with the help of both hands roll and make a cylindrical shape.
  • STEP 13.deep fry the prepared bread roll into the hot oil.
  • STEP 14.stir and fry occasionally on medium flame till it turns golden brown.
  • STEP 15.finally, serve stuffed bread roll hot along with ketchup
