  • 0.06 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 0.13 inch Ginger, Grated

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix semolina, yogurt, chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, salt, and water to make a thick paste.
  • STEP 2.Spread the paste evenly on one side of each bread slice.
  • STEP 3.Heat a tawa or griddle and drizzle some oil or ghee on it.
  • STEP 4.Place the bread slices, paste side down, on the tawa and cook on medium heat until the bottom side turns golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 5.Flip the bread slices and cook the other side until it becomes crispy.
  • STEP 6.Remove from heat and cut the Rava Toast into triangles or squares.
  • STEP 7.Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.

  • You can add grated vegetables like carrots or capsicum to the semolina paste for added nutrition.
